The Minto Group’s Alan and Roger Greenberg honoured for their contributions to the Ontario rental industry with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario’s (FRPO) MAC Awards Gala on Thursday, December 3rd. The gala celebrates business leadership in the residential housing industry.
Minto Communities Canada wins Best Low-Rise Advertising Campaign for Minto Oakvillage, Most Outstanding Condo Suite for Minto @ Lansdowne, and Best Video Low-Rise Project for Quinn's Pointe.
Minto Communities USA receives nine Sand Dollar Award for The Isles of Collier Preserve, including Best Brochure by a Builder, Product Design of the Year in the Single Family Homes $700,000- $799,999 category, Best Outdoor Living Area in the $30,000-$50,000 category, and Best Sales Center By a Developer/Community.
Minto Communities USA has received a GOBA first place award for the Laureate Park Mansfield model at Lake Nona in Orlando. The Mansfield includes four bedrooms, plus den, three-and-a-half baths and two-car garage, and features a unique private guest retreat above the garage.
Minto Communities USA receives five awards in the high volume builder category for customer purchase experience, design selection experience, construction experience, overall first-year quality and first-year customer service experience. Minto has received consistently high rankings from Customer Service Surveys.
Minto Communities USA's Harbour Isle wins nine awards including two Best Overall awards at the Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association’s (MSBIA) 2015 Parade of Homes Awards banquet. Harbour Isle won Best Overall Community in the 100 to 200 home sites category as well as awards for best entranceway and amenities.

The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples by Minto Communities USA receives a prestigious Silver Award at the Best in American Living Awards (BALA) for “Best Mixed Community.” The Best in American Living Awards is the nation's premier award program continually redefining design excellence for the entire residential building industry.
Minto Communities Canada receives 19 awards at the NAHB 2015 National Sales and Marketing Awards. Minto was awarded Best Advertising Campaign, Best Digital Marketing Campaign and Best Marketing of a Green/Sustainable Program for several high-rise condominium developments.
The Isles of Collier Preserve by Minto Communities USA receives a prestigious Silver Award from the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) National Sales & Marketing Council. The Silver Award for “Best Welcome Center” recognized Minto’s Discovery Sales Center at The Isles of Collier Preserve in Naples, Florida.
