Minto Communities USA's LakePark at Tradition, receives six awards for its brand new models, including Grand Awards for Coral Reef and Spruce, Platinum Awards for Coral Reef and Spruce, a Gold Award for Isle, and a Silver Award for Buttonwood. The awards event is designed to promote local builders and showcase their products.
Minto Communities Canada honoured as Builder of the Year large volume and small volume respectively, for their high standards of excellence in everything from sales to construction and for increasing the industry’s overall image in the community. Minto additionally claimed the Green Builder of the Year award.
The Minto Group's Minto Place complex achieves LEED® Canada for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance (LEED EB) Silver Certification, as recognized by the Canada Green Building Council. Built in 1988, Minto Place spans a city block, extending west from Kent Street to Lyon Street and south from Slater Street to Laurier Avenue.
Minto Communities USA recognized with ten awards, including two prestigious Grand Aurora Awards, at the 2016 Southeast Building Conference presented by the SEBC in Orlando. Minto’s Awards include Best Single Family home for the Mansfield model, and Best Interior Merchandising Condominium for the Mariner model.
For the fifth straight year, Minto Communities USA wins “Best Overall Community” and “Best Amenities” awards for their Harbour Isle Community. Harbour Isle is a 220-acre island living community located directly across from Anna Maria Island on Anna Maria Sound in Bradenton, Florida. Harbour Isle has been developed without utilizing CDD funding.
Minto Communities USA recognized with ten awards, including Best Single Family home in the 2,500-2,999-square-foot category for the Mansfield model at Laureate Park at Lake Nona in Orlando, and Best Interior Merchandising Condominium in the under $1 million category for the Mariner model at Marina Walk at Harbour Isle in Bradenton.
The Minto Group receives GOLD Certification at Canada Building, 344 Slater Street and 180 Kent in Ottawa and PLATINUM Certification at Enterprise Building, 344 Slater Street in Ottawa.
The Minto Group honoured with the Energy Star® award for New Homes Builder of the Year (Large Volume). This is their third consecutive year taking home hardware at the EnerQuality Awards.
