With 5 bedrooms on the second floor, and an optional finished basement, this 3,425-square-foot home can comfortably fit a multigenerational family.

The 38’ Silver Maple is a sprawling multigenerational home spread out over 2,667 square feet. The private guest suite with a 3-piece bathroom is next to the kitchen, convenient for cooking enthusiasts. Except in tiled areas, the main level boasts hardwood floors. The four bedrooms on the second floor are spacious enough for everyone to enjoy their own room.

The Wynwood Corner is an Executive Townhome with a private guest suite flex plan option, which includes a 3-piece bathroom. This 2,300-square-foot home has everything the multigenerational family needs. Above the main floor are four bedrooms and a laundry room, and the basement features a finished rec room.

Executive Townhomes now offer the option of converting part of the basement into a bedroom with a 3-piece ensuite. These 2,300-square-foot homes boast efficiently planned spaces that ensure every member of the multigenerational family has privacy. The main floor also has the option of configuring a private bedroom with 3-piece bath, and the second floor houses four bedrooms and a laundry room.

The Astoria offers three floors for enhanced multigenerational living, and comes with the option of converting the unfinished basement into a private suite with a 3-piece bathroom. With 2,379 square feet of space, privacy is easy for everyone.

The Brighton, with 2,389 square feet of space over three floors plus a basement, is a premier home for multigenerational families.
