Communities Canada takes home 6 awards including: Production home, single detached, 2,000 sq. ft. or less (The Butternut), Production home, single detached, 3,501 sq. ft. or more (The Red Maple, 2017 Dream Home for CHEO), Custom bathroom, 100 sq. ft. or less, contemporary (with Laurysen Kitchens), Custom bathroom, 101 sq. ft. or more, traditional (with Laurysen Kitchens), Mid-rise building, 5-9 storeys (Minto Beechwood), High-rise building, 10 storeys or more (UpperWest).
Minto Communities Canada wins “Project of the Year – Low-Rise” for Glen Agar community in Etobicoke, at the 2018 Awards of Distinction held by the Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA). This year, there was a record 511 entries submitted and Glen Agar was chosen as one of the Prestige Award winners.
Minto Communities USA recognized with 16 awards, including two prestigious Grand Aurora Awards, at the 2018 Southeast Building Conference presented by the SEBC in Orlando. Our awarded communities include Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach, Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head, One Particular Harbour by Margaritaville and Westlake.
Minto Communities USA wins the Merit award in the 'Multi-Family Production' category for the 'Elation' model at Festival and first place in the 'Multi-Family Production' category for the 'Brenner' model at Laureate Park at Lake Nona which also took home the overall 'Grand Award'.
Minto Communities USA wins seven 2018 Eliant Homebuyers’ Choice Awards, including a First Place award for Overall First-Year Quality in the high volume builder category for customer construction experience, purchase experience, design selection experience and first year quality, as well as three awards based on individual performance.
Minto Communities Canada wins the New Home Award - Detached Home - Production for their one-storey bungalow model, "The Butternut", at the 2018 CHBA Awards. "The Butternut" is one of Minto Communities Canada's most affordable models available in the Mahogany development in Manotick.
Minto Communities Canada wins five CHBA awards, including best mid to high rise condominium project for UpperWest in Ottawa, for The Butternut bungalow model and The Red Maple model in Ottawa, and best sales office – low-rise for Glen Agar and Ivy Ridge in Toronto.
Minto Properties Inc. honoured with the Amenities Award of Excellence and the Customer Service Award of Excellence for Minto one80five, presented by FRPO MAC. The Amenities Award calls out the company’s commitment to creating and improving common areas and amenities within the building.
Minto Communities USA receives multiple awards for their villa model homes in LakePark, presented by the Treasure Coast Builders Association. They took home the Grand Award and Platinum Award for Magnolia, and the Gold Award for Mahogany. The awards are designed to recognize exceptional design and merchandising by local home builders.
Minto Communities Canada honoured at the 37th Annual BILD Awards winning Green Builder of the Year, Low-Rise, Best High-Rise Building Design (Pinnacle) for Minto Westside and Best Marketing Team. The BILD Awards recognizes excellence and innovation in the Greater Toronto Area’s (GTA) new home building industry.
